This is a three day a week, full body program designed to catapult you into advanced lifter territory 4 times faster than the average gym goer!

The big Bad 36 week workout plan will give you the exact exercises, sets, reps and weights to be lifted. Once you enter your current PB's (personal best, or 1 rep max's) into the box labelled 'PB's, the program will work out what weights to use. Every week that you hit 100% of your reps, simply increase your PB by the recommended amount and the program will adjust itself for you!.

This program comes in an excel file format.

This Program is split into three, three month phases. Each phase using different exercises, to culminate in a complete, functionally fit, hugely muscular and strong body.
