The beginner to Beast workout plan is fully customisable and re-usable, no monthly payments for a better-than-personal trainer experience.

This is four days a week, upper/ lower split workout program, that comes with 12 weeks of structured exercises, reps, sets AND weights that you should be using. No more guesswork!


The program is an excel sheet that adjusts itself with your progress. But don't worry if you are not tech savvy or think this will be a lot of effort. The program comes with a handy guide, explaining how the program works, how it changes with your progress and how to customise it for yourself. (it is super easy). The program will allow you to input your favourite exercises (or use our recommended). The program will then give you the exact sets, reps and weight to lift. all you need to do is input a 1 rep max into the Box labelled 'PB's' and the sheet will calculate everything for you!


And the best part? You can continue to build muscle and strength with this program again and again, simply by swapping the exercises with others from the same category in the guide! Giving you the personal trainer experience, without the monthly cost!


To use this program you should be injury free, if not heal up and then come back to build your muscles!

The program is a four day a week, Upper/ Lower split. It will require the use of a gym or decent home setup (barbell and/or Dumbbells' required).

The workouts begin fairly easy and beginner friendly, then gradually ramp up based on your performance to much larger workouts!
